The Global Compliance Operations (GCO) organization provides management and oversight associated with operational support for Global Compliance including the development of operational centers of excellence for compliance functions which are operational in nature including: Alert Operations (Level 1 Alerts Disposition), OFAC/Client Screening, Due Diligence, Look Backs, Disclosure of Interest, Account Activity Reviews, Personal Account Dealing, and Licensing & Registration.  

GCO is responsible for supporting and leading aspects of the firm's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program. The team works closely with the AML Program Management Office, Global Financial Crimes Compliance and the enterprise-wide control program teams to identify, remediate and track issues, and develop controls to sustain improvements as they are made. The company's responsibilities related to Anti-Money Laundering span every business, function and region - and apply to every customer and client of the firm.



The Quality Analytics Reporting (QAR) group provides oversight and support for the Quality Testing (QT) function, an integral part of the controls environment within Global Compliance Operations (GCO),  and is responsible for conducting a continuous testing program against internal procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy of ‘red flags’ reviewed by the GCO operations group. 


Our Team:

Quality Analytics & Reporting (QAR) is a cross divisional quality analytics team that ensures meaningful metrics are provided for process improvement and operational effectiveness. QAR is responsible for QT sampling as well as providing throughput, productivity, and FTE performance metrics.  The team provides productivity enhancement through BAU and RCA testing provisions for quality control and process improvement, technology solutions to facilitate efficiency and data privacy, real time reporting transparency, and categorization consistency for executive and granular level review.


Job Summary:

The candidate will provide oversight and direction to the QAR team as well as assisting in all functions performed by QAR.  Using a statistical sampling model, they will determine sample sizes and populations for each group within QT.  They will help oversee the QT and feedback loop process using SharePoint, and help develop metrics and reporting for management review.  In addition, the candidate will manage and help perform data quality checks, controls, and audit deliverables.

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of operations, technology, financial or risk management experience
  • Ability to manage a team and prioritize deliverables
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow through
  • Exceptionally strong data and information analysis skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and the ability to write a VBA macro
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, SharePoint, and SQL is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and businesses
  • Experience with business analysis and process improvement
  • Team player, with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Quick study with a strong appetite to learn new subject matter
