As part of JPMorgan Chase, a leading global financial services firm, Chase has locations nationwide to serve our home lending customers with their mortgage or home equity loans.  Our Customer Service Specialists are dedicated to providing world class customer service that will maintain and grow a customer's relationship with Chase.
 
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will have direct phone interaction with customers to answer and resolve servicing questions and complaints about payments, loan documents and terms, taxes and insurance.   You will work in an environment requiring you to listen, review multiple computer systems, type and talk to resolve complex customer issues.  You will be responsible for offering other Chase products or services to meet the customer's needs.  Customer Service Specialists must maintain high customer satisfaction and quality scores while meeting efficiency goals and strict schedule and attendance guidelines.  You will be responsible for understanding the firm's mortgage servicing policies as well as legal compliance regulations.
   
 
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year previous customer service experience preferred.  Strong customer focus is preferred with the ability to answer inquiries, provide information, consult with customers and manage difficult customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong PC skills with the ability to multi-task while on the phone
  • Ability to work well on a team and focus on results; ability to be adaptable and flexible
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
