1st Shift Performance Management - Sr Operations Analyst - Mortgage Servicing- Monroe, LA
This position is responsible for supporting the business through the preparation and distribution of reports on performance of the business units supported and also provides analysis on performance data. Also responsible for supporting budget forecasting and modeling, as needed. The analyst is assigned various production tasks where attention to detail is critical. The position will need to work with the business unit managers and other business partners. 
  • Analyzes and interprets data, reporting unusual trends.  Provides clear and concise analysis to the management team.
  • Researches and identifies key fields crucial to management reporting.
  • Produces and distributes daily, weekly & monthly performance reports including value added analysis.
  • Provides Ad Hoc reports as requested by management.
  • Ability to develop clear, concise management reports from scratch.
  • Strong PC skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Access skills a plus.

  • Ability to understand and develop technical direction and assess business requirements and develop reporting and database specifications.
  • Detail oriented, independent, and works with strong sense of urgency.
Preferred Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or MIS.
  • 3+ year's finance/accounting and/or banking experience.
  • Knowledge of banking, loan products.
  • Knowledge of Chase common systems.
  • Proven systems analysis and problem solving capabilities.
