This role is for a Surveillance Analyst on the North America e-Communications Surveillance team, within Global Compliance, to perform market conduct monitoring reviews. 
 
Key responsibilities include: 
  • Conducting routine surveillance reviews and ad hoc reviews of surveilled employee e-communications
  • Analyzing e-Communications to identify unusual activity, trends/patterns and potential market conduct risk
  • Coordinating with LOB Compliance and LOB Managers to review and resolve potential market conduct risk issues
  • Working within global surveillance in the development and implementation of global lexicons to support surveillance monitoring reviews and processes
  • BA/BS degree required
  •  5+ years of compliance, regulatory or other financial industry experience (including legal, sales or trading experience)
  • Foreign language proficiency is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Exposure to compliance / regulatory environment
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
