Treasury and Chief Investment Office's mandate is to manage the  firm's liquidity, funding, structural interest rate and foreign exchange risks and conservatively invest the firm's excess liquidity. Treasury and Chief Investment Office operate in 14 locations worldwide. 

The Junior Business Manager will be a member of the Global Business Management team.  The focus of the Junior Business Manager role will be to support the North America (NA CIO) team. 


Responsibilities will include:

  • Enhance governance structure across CIO, including establishing global accountability via effective and automated implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Develop and drive global implementation of key initiatives across Risk, Finance, Middle Office, Legal and Compliance.
  • Drive strategic  initiatives globally to streamline and automate processes critical for the group. 
  • Project manage key initiatives within North America CIO functions


  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years experience in a relevant industry ; MBA or other applicable grad experience desirable
  • Experience in business management in a different group desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent analytical skills including ability to interpret, review reasonableness and present information and analysis to meaningfully frame business issues
  • Strong communication skills in leading meetings with ability to influence multiple divergent stakeholders to gain closure on issues;
  • Experience in executive summary presentation/communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of the financial industry, including a comprehensive understanding of the current regulatory and compliance landscape
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • A problem solver with proven ability to evaluate end to end processes, controls and issues to determine the inherent risks
  • Ability to maintain high ethical standards with a drive to achieve the right answer in difficult and/or ever changing situations
  • A self starter, with a drive for improvement and efficiency, thinks out of the box and is creative
  • Works well individually and in a global team, shares information, supports colleagues and encourages collaboration
  • Energetic, self motivated and effective under pressure - must enjoy the challenge of working within a fast-paced and demanding working environment
