The Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) organization within CTR provides access control governance and Identity Services for all lines of business (LoBs) globally, providing the right access to the right people at the right time for all technology platforms and applications supported by CTR, and provides a comprehensive set of applications, tools, and staff to globally implement, monitor and manage technology risk solutions.


As an Executive Director, Policy and Identity Management Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the Access Policy Management and Identity Management functions within the Global Identity & Access Management portfolio of solutions. You will work with business and IT leadership to understand IT business strategy and the implications to applications under your responsibility.
  • Experience leading an IAM engineering team
  • Financial Services industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with an executive leadership team
  • Effective problem solving and analytical skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; and demonstrated ability to interact with technical, non-technical, and business members of the organization.
  • Ability to learn and actively seek new skills and knowledge to keep up with the changing technology field.
  •  Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, work under pressure and deadline.
  • Ability to think outside the box, adapt to circumstances, learn from co-workers, and share information and experiences.
  • Strong PC skills including thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Visio.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to any given situation and perform multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team based environment.
  • Ability to be self motivated.
