We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to support Visualization and BI reporting in the Private Bank.  
The ideal candidate is a professional with at least 5 years of experience working with any Visualization or BI tool (Qlikview a plus).   Diverse duties include working within a team of analysts and developers to design and develop visualization and reporting components from conception through implementation focusing on delivering business value.    The candidate should have great communication skills and a knack for producing sustainable code.
Role Responsibilities
  • Work with business users to understand  requirements for new data sources and reports
  • Build dashboards and reports that focus on delivering business value
  • Work in a high-throughput Agile environment
  • Translate technical requirements into programmed application modules
  • Communicate with as well as potentially direct an Offshore team
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations
  • Incorporate security requirements into design
  • Understand the structures, usage and sources of data
People / Project Management
  • Must be self-directed/self-motivated.  Must be able manage individual workload and deliver to agreed-upon project milestones
  • Must be able to work within the context of a larger team, giving and taking advice.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to present a coherent picture to people with technical and business backgrounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 5+ years’ experience with a Visualization or BI development tool including performance tuning
  • Experience in leading report design and development. Ability to effectively communicate the pros/cons of design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Understanding of Data Warehouse/Data Mart concepts
  • Experience using Jira a plus
  • Experience in report test automation is a big plus
  • Work with Big Data tools a plus
  • Private Banking understanding a plus
