JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Head of Recruitment who will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies for the function, globally. This Recruiting Executive will lead recruiting strategy and execution for the Firm's agenda across all lines of business and functions. JPMorgan Chase & Co. has over 260,000 employees and fills approximately 75,000 roles each year. This role will be responsible for overseeing all levels of recruitment across all businesses and Corporate Functions including the Global Service Centers.
The selected candidate will work closely with the HR Operating Committee to align recruiting strategies with business priorities and manage a team of approximately 700 recruiting professionals through their team of recruiting executives to ensure consistent execution against those goals.
The Recruiting Executive will work to ensure that the company is positioned to attract, source and recruit the best in industry talent across all disciplines. This individual will be responsible for developing sophisticated sourcing and recruitment strategies based on the current and future hiring needs of the respective lines of business across the organization, collaborating with senior executives, recruiting executives and senior HR business partners.
