RECRUITING/ SOURCING COORDINATOR (EXPENSE & BUDGET MANAGEMENT)

Responsibilities

  • Administer and facilitate all payments related with recruitment and sourcing department
  • Coordinate with internal and external points of contacts regarding the payment of products and services rendered
  • Management and monitoring of department expense as it relates to the approved budgets
  • Preparation of reports related with expenses, budget, cost per hire
  • Administration of system-related processes in connection with expense and budget management
  • Preparation of analytics and presentation of such to HR leadership and partner departments  
  • Provide process improvements related with the function and related departments  


 

 

 

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to present to upper management and leadership teams
  • Has high sense of urgency and is able to work with the highest sense of integrity
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate – advanced skills in MS excel and other MS applications
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • BS/MS degree in finance, business, marketing, accountancy
