CAO Technology Site Coordinator

In support of the CAO Site Leader, this individual will lead and coordinate cross line of business efforts in the local market, with a focus on strengthening business resiliency, continuity and talent redeployment. In addition, this role will pursue opportunities to instill greater discipline and increased partnership across the lines of business, as it relates to our people, customer and community practices.
 
Responsibilities
Support the CAO Site Leader:
  • Partner with local line of business leaders to identify opportunities and develop solutions to bridge gaps
  • Partner with local Market Leadership Team in support of Chase’s efforts in the community
  • Partner across markets to share best practices
  • Represent the CAO Site Leader during designated meetings and events
 
Business Resiliency:
  • Develop and manage a crisis communication process across lines of business
  • Act as point of contact in communicating about local crises with local and LOB leaders
  • Drive the use of best practices and standard templates that will streamline the testing process and meet compliance requirements.
 
People Practices:
  • In partnership with HR, coordinate the consolidation and execution of a cross line of business talent review and support for redeployment efforts
  • Coordinate logistics and content for events that promote career development and networking
 
Communication and Events:
  • Deploy effective channels and practices to facilitate great communication and a cohesive “one Chase” culture in the local market
  • Provide support in the implementation of recruitment marketing efforts and ensure the firm's highest brand standards
  • Work with key constituencies to plan high-profile visits
  • Provide on-site support in implementing media relations efforts.
 
Metrics & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain reporting and metrics to track progress (e.g., headcount, open reqs, talent reassignment, mobility, expenses, real estate supply and demand)
 
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressively more responsible internal, external and crisis communications experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong consulting, influence, negotiation, organization, time management and project management skills
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work on a team, as an individual contribution, across lines of business and with all levels of the organization
  • Possess a high degree of drive with a proven track record of achieving results; able to make decisions with a strong bias for action
  • Demonstrate exceptional professionalism and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deliver strong results within tight timeframes
  • Strong knowledge of corporate internal and employee communications strategies, best practices, implementation, and execution and hands on experience in developing strategic communications using a variety of channels (e.g. intranet, multimedia, events, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and initiative
  • Strategic and innovative thinker with the ability to see the big picture, while also able to drive projects from development to completion
Qualifications
