Job Description

Central Transaction Operations - Acquisition and Image Services - ATM Cash Management 
Organization Overview: 
The ATM Cash Management team is responsible for managing the fleet of vendor serviced ATM’s, partnering with cash suppliers to provide superior customer service.  They manage ATM service schedules, cash replenishment, coin & check processing, as well as escalation of hardware/software/access issues related to ATM's.
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Managing weekend Cash services support including ATM and Branch escalations, monitoring ATM cash levels and opening appropriate services to mitigate customer impact
  • Partner with other LOBs (Vendor Management Team, BTS, AMD, Hardware escalations) to identify servicing issues and driving for resolutions
  • Developing strong relationships with suppliers
  • Researching tickets to determine root cause and partnering with other LOB’s to resolve issues causing customer impact
  • Gathers and analyses data for reporting and/or performance (trend) analysis; develops decisions based on analysis gathered
  • Documents problem, formulates data, interprets root cause and implements operating practices for problem resolution
  • Act as an Enterprise Cash Management (ECMS) subject matter expert, partnering with the analytics team to improve the model


  • Requires 2+ years of Bank operations experience which may include experience in Escalations, ATM Cash Management , ATM Vendor Management, ATM operations
  • Prefer ATM Cash Management experience
  • Prefer LOB knowledge-ATM/eATM and retail branch
  • Prefer Knowledge of vendor processes and contract terms
  • Understands Business processes and procedures
  • Understands Business’ strategic direction
  • Industry and Product knowledge
