Creating a diverse team is a critical part of our success. We're looking for people with different backgrounds and perspectives to help us grow and position our businesses for the future.
At J.P. Morgan, we are committed to helping develop the next generation of top female talent in the industry. That is why we have designed a program for students who self -identify as women in their sophomore or junior year to learn more about our businesses and our culture. You will get to experience what it's like to work at a leading global financial services firm.
Working here means joining a collaborative, supportive team. We want your diverse perspective to help us innovate the next wave of products and solutions for our clients. We will give you what you need to succeed from training to mentoring, and from senior leaders to projects that engage all your skills.
What to expect
Over the course of two days at our headquarters in New York City, you will meet some of our top female executives and see firsthand how our culture supports and develops women into leaders. Through networking and coaching, you will gain valuable career advice, guidance on effective personal branding and tips for interviewing. You will learn about our firm and a number of career paths in Investment Banking, Risk, Markets, or Global Treasury Management, where you can apply your skills and interests.
You will also have the opportunity to interview for our internship programs. A successful summer internships experience at JPMorgan Chase can serve as a platform for a full-time analyst position at the firm following graduation.
