Client Services Professional - Middle Market




As a Client Service Professional, you will provide research and service support to Brooklyn, NY Middle Market clients of the firm.  This position requires a broad knowledge of Treasury Services products, in-depth customer service experience and Demand Deposit Account related services experience. 


The Client Services Professional will handle the day-to-day customer service and relationship activities of an assigned portfolio or group of accounts for their respective products and services related to Brooklyn NY Middle Market Commercial companies.  Responds to all customers' requests, answers questions, and investigates and resolves routine and complex complaints, issues, and errors.  Capable of resolving the most complex and administrative problems.  Handles routine and complex customer requests related to customers' accounts and Chase product/services.  Answers customer questions, investigates and corrects errors by using customer and Chase records. Expertise needed with using calculators/ computers. May identify additional Chase products and services that may benefit assigned customers and inform them of these products and services. May attend Banker team meetings.  Typical Job Duties: plans how to establish and maintain major account relationships within the portfolio.  Establishes and builds strong client relationships over time that allow for continuity and ongoing representation reinforced by service support/delivery programs, and communicates to other relevant company functions/divisions.  Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction levels for all accounts in assigned portfolio.  Partner with Treasury Services and other internal work groups to resolve sales, quality, process, and procedural problems and deliver desired business results. - Lead and/or participate in various aspects of new account implementation, including initial project planning, testing and training.  Enhance and build customer relationships by visiting clients at their business locations and/or facilitating client/banking meetings.  Establish and maintain consistent interaction and communication with clients. Relocation assistance is not available.  The standard hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.  The salary and CSP level may vary based on experience.



  •  Minimum 3 years previous customer service experience
  • Broad working knowledge of Treasury Services products and services
  • Ability to open new deposit accounts
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, & Windows
  • Customer service technical application experience
  • Negotiation skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multi-task functions
  • An in-depth knowledge of Chase Middle Market and other key operating areas within the Bank
  • Thorough knowledge of financial exposure and operational risk related to transactions associated with bank products and services 
  • Command strong ability to use various bank systems 
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills 
  • Experience as a Lead Teller will be considered
