The Quality Assurance (QA) Loan Processor (Quality Assurance Senior Coordinator) will assist the QA Analyst team with the following functions: contacting employers, financial institutions, and creditors to reverify loan origination documentation for validity, order various vendor services (credit reports, tax transcripts, and reverifications).  Additional responsibilities include follow up on vendor service orders; preparation, issuance and receipt / review of loan reverifications; preparation of loan files for auditors or off site storage; perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative duties as necessary.

 

  • Minimum 2-3 years first mortgage full file loan processing experience mandatory, government loan exposure a plus;
  • Ability to balance work product quality and productivity to meet stringent departmental standards;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills necessary to meet aggressive departmental deadlines;
  • Candidates must exhibit ability to promote constructive and positive dialogue to foster effective relationships with team mates and business partners;
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in entire Microsoft Office suite of products;
  • Must be a self starter and actively seek additional responsibility to support business needs;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
  • College graduate preferred.
