The Financial Advisor Associate Trainee will enter into an eight week structured training program with the goal to obtain all of the necessary licenses to perform in the Financial Advisor Associate role. Upon successful completion of this training program, the Trainee will be transitioned into the FAA role once a viable hub is identified.
You are required to obtain your Series 7 license within 60 days of your transfer into the Financial Advisor Associate Trainee role.
Should you fail to pass any of the required licensing exams on your first attempt or fail to fulfill any other requirements to obtain the licenses, you will not meet the qualifications of the Financial Advisor Associate role, and will be removed from that role.
Demonstrates a strong level of Investment Sales/Referrals including: Self-motivated, assertive, performs well in a competitive sales environment
Prior participation in investment-related activities
Meets stated goals and utilizes designated marketing and promotion process, with strength in the areas of working the phone and lobby and profiling to gather assets
Team Effectiveness: Contributes to overall team, forms partnerships, successful integration with branch
Interpersonal Skills: Communicates clearly and effectively, shares critical information to facilitate successful performance
Customer Service: Promotes customer service excellence, meets expectations of internal and external customers.
A minimum of 1 year in the PB Role generating PVCs
Success at generating Total and Investment PVCs
College degree preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish required
