    To enable great services we need great authentication and fraud risk management controls. We are building the team that has responsibility for the strategy for developing these controls, designing how they operate and delivering them successfully. You could be part of this high-performing team.

    Digital Authentication Product Manager

    In the role of Digital Authentication Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the driving the design and delivery of the authentication, fraud and security controls for the Digital channel. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
    • Translating the strategic plans for the development of these controls into a coherent roadmap for delivery
    • Managing and scheduling the product roadmap programs, projects and tactical initiatives
    • Designing effective authentication and fraud risk management controls to protect the customers of the Digital channels (e.g. web, App, API, Wallets) and working closely with risk management partners and owners of related products (e.g. payments services)
    • Driving the design, requirements and delivery of these initiatives to quality, time and cost targets
    • Managing the interdependencies between the other Product delivery teams and the component activity required for E2E delivery of the required changes
    • Working with a variety of vendors in all phases of the relationship including:
      • Conducting Request for Proposal (RFP)
      • Develop requirements for new builds and enhancements
      • Vendor scorecard analysis and reporting
      • Ensuring SLAs are adhered to monthly
    • Conducting periodic roadmap performance reviews with key stakeholders (plan vs. actual, key milestones/deliverables, management focus items, etc)
    • Develop and maintain the product road map/pipeline - gaining input from all stakeholders
    • Managing budgets and financial projects for the roadmap
    You have:
    • 7+ years’ experience in designing and delivering authentication and fraud risk management controls in Digital channels within a large financial institution
    • Worked with leading authentication management and digital risk profiling platform providers (e.g. Actimize)
    • 5+ years of product management experience and at least 10 years’ experience of driving changes through project based activities
    • Strong leadership and communications skills and the ability to operate in a fluid environment
    • Experience of waterfall and agile methods


  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree required, Master's/MBA degree preferred
    •  Technology Awareness - understanding new technologies and how they may be leveraged for the product.
    • Financials - ability to develop and communicate product development business cases using financial models.
    • Demonstrable stakeholder management skills
    • Communication Skills - ability to communicate ideas, concepts and status to senior stakeholders
