Business Operations Analyst II
Your Role:
As the Business Operations Analyst II for Chase’s Consumer and Community Banking division (CCB), you’ll support the health of vital systems across the multiple lines of business within CCB.
This exciting and significant role is part of a team that monitors and manages systems, applications and site stability – working collaboratively with technology and business partners within the CCB Contact Centers.  
In this role you will be an advocate for the business, creating an exceptional experience for our leadership and business partners while protecting the customer experience as well. You will represent multiple lines of business and operations functions – specifically, their interests in technology-related events and change management calls to assess and minimize business impacts.
You’ll engage in wide-ranging and timely communications to Senior Management at different levels, and line-of-business partners regarding change events, contingency plans and impacts. You’ll also proactively escalate risks and cross-impacts to identify collision and contingency implementation requirements.

  • Analyzing event changes
  • Identifying collisions
  • Negotiating and offering solutions
  • Coordinating impacts with contingency planning from multiple site and support areas
  • Communicating impacts due to technology change events

Your Qualifications:
You must have the following qualifications in order to be considered for this position:
  • 3+ years of experience in Contact Center Solutions, Architecture and Business Integration Strategies
  • Strong discipline in operational change management and controls
  • Demonstrated ability to influence people at a variety of levels, offering unique and efficient solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, other Microsoft Office tools and Visio
  • Extensive experience in the analysis of technology-related change events that result in direct end-user impacts
  • Established ability to translate technical language to multi-tier audiences, including the end-users
  • Advanced aptitude in managing expectations and interactions between business and technology organizations
  • Solid understanding of CCB Operations teams
