Multinational Corporations (MNC) is a national specialty group within Middle Market Specialized Industries in Commercial Banking, and covers the US subsidiaries of companies headquartered outside the US. The sales range for the US subsidiaries we bank is typically from $50 million to $500 million, but can range from $20 million to over $2 billion. Our local delivery model, coupled with the firm’s global resources, allows us to provide clients with customized, comprehensive solutions and exceptional service.
The MNC team based is seeking a Commercial Banker, Associate to be based in Atlanta, GA to assist in developing foreign-owned business in the Southeast market. This position will report to the head of the Southeast Region Head of MNC.
As a Commercial Banker, Associate on the MNC team, your primary goal is to grow and retain profitable relationships. Under direct supervision of more senior bankers, you will work to deliver value added solutions to clients. Individuals in this position have developed the experience to function as the lead on smaller accounts and as the secondary banker on larger clients. Your primary role will be to originate and manage profitable relationships within the segment. This is accomplished by focusing on the delivery of value added solutions to our clients and prospects that will help them reach their goals and maximize our revenues over the life of the relationship.
Primary goal: The primary goal is to grow and retain profitable relationships within the MNC segment through financial/credit analysis. Under direct supervision of more senior relationship bankers, will work to deliver value added solutions to clients. Individuals in this position have developed the experience to function as the lead on smaller accounts and as backup on larger clients. May handle client meetings on matters related to financing, but would not typically handle meetings involving key clients. Establish rapport with clients through regular contact by phone and in person. Developing the ability to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

We believe that the combination of local decision-making, local delivery and personalized service are critical to building long-term relationships. Your primary role will be to grow, develop and retain new profitable relationships in the assigned market coverage area. Relationships between Middle Market Banking and the clients may include the larger and complex relationships for the market.
