Firmwide Risk Reporting and Middle Office (RRMO), a group within Corporate Risk Management, produces internal and external reporting and analysis used to manage risk through changing market conditions, supports regulatory requirements regarding Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting, and executes controls to measure the quality of risk data. 
As a Vice President within Risk Reporting Business Management, you will be involved in a variety of activities across the RRMO team which may include, but are not limited, to the following:
  • Manage a staff of approximately 4 people in multiple locations
  • Preparation of senior management reporting and presentations
  • Own and lead special projects / strategic initiatives and assist in control action plan remediation
  • Run cross team working groups
  • Participate in Real Estate planning and execution
  • Manage team communications including town halls and business review presentations
  • Oversee the following:
    • The consolidation and reporting of monthly key performance metrics including explains on drivers / themes
    • Management of headcount, open roles, and financials tracking
    • Monthly financial reporting process including headcount forecasts
    • Management of various periodic certifications across the department
    • The creation and management of RRMO’s centralized procedures and standards
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles (e.g. project management, governance, controls)
  • Must have management experience 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple work streams and deliverables and bring tasks to closure
  • Ability to quickly build partnerships with colleagues of various levels, across multiple locations
  • Ability to work in an attention to detail and deadline-oriented environment
  • Skilled with creating executive presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize information for senior management
  • Strong MS Excel skills including data aggregation & analysis
  • BA/BS degree required
