Workforce Analytics (WFA) is a centralized global function within Corporate Human Resources. In WFA, we apply quantitative methods, big data technology, and academic research to people-related data across all the firm. We have a vision to help make individuals, teams, and businesses at JPMC among the most engaged and productive in the world. Our mission is to create workforce insights that allow leaders to make evidence-based people decisions that help drive measurable business outcomes. WFA operates at global scale across all JPMC lines of business, firmwide functions, and markets/regions. We are currently recruiting for an Executive Director to join us as the Head of Global Reporting for Workforce Analytics. The role will be based out of Newark, Delaware and report directly to the Managing Director – Head of Global Workforce Analytics.

Position Overview & Responsibilities
The Executive Director – Head of Global Reporting for Workforce Analytics will lead a global team based in the North America, EMEA, and APAC regions and will have significant exposure to senior leadership within Human Resources and across business teams. In addition to day-to-day operations for delivering data and reporting solutions to internal customers according to established SLAs, the incumbent will focus on reporting strategy including continuous improvement and process efficiencies, automation and controls, and will support operational workflows and deliverables across multiple practice areas for Workforce Analytics.  
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has a strong and proven track record of leading reporting practitioners, exceeding client demands for workforce data with scaled reporting tools, and improving reporting deliverables and processes through automation and operational excellence. Prior experience leading teams in the following activities is essential: fulfillment of ad hoc reporting requests according to SLAs; development and maintenance of interactive dashboards for workforce metrics; maintenance and troubleshooting of reporting operational processes and infrastructure; adherence to global data privacy protocols and security controls; and implementation of transformational reporting solutions. Strong relationship management skills and senior executive client advisory skills will be vital to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the WFA global reporting strategy and a team of practitioners with a remit to:
  • Leverage scaled solutions to fulfill ad hoc workforce data requests across lines of business, firmwide functions, and regions/markets
  • Identify opportunities to rationalize and automate the portfolio of WFA reports among HR and non-HR end-users
  • Maintain the full suite of WFA tools and delivery channels, including:
    • SharePoint Portal site and program new enhancements
    • Business Objects self-service report programming and testing
    • Scheduled reporting, operational reports, control reports
    • Interactive dashboards testing and maintenance
    • Security profile processes and recertifications (RCSAs and UWAT inventory)       
  • Conduct consumption and demand analysis of self-service usage and product adoption among HR and non-HR end-users
  • Partner with Workforce Technology to prioritize data architecture requests and evolve the central Human Resources data warehouse
  • Partner with other Workforce Analytics practices on high-priority projects to deliver comprehensive solutions to support critical people issues
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Masters preferred) in an operations, business, finance or technology discipline
  • 10+ years experience leading reporting operations, business analysis and process improvement across multiple workstreams
  • Proficient with visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView), Business Objects, SQL, and SharePoint
  • Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly with Excel/VBA and Access
  • Client-service focused team player who operates with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and professionalism
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities, and tight timelines
  • Strong executive communication skills and consultative approach to partner with senior leadership and firmwide stakeholders
  • Global experience strongly preferred
