The Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA) is responsible for ensuring the firm has a comprehensive regulatory strategy. This includes engaging in balanced advocacy with regulators and policymakers, understanding and providing thought leadership on how policies affect the firm’s clients and economic growth overall, and governing internal coordination among regions and lines of business on global regulatory reform issues. The office’s enterprise-wide approach includes close partnership with Executive Management, Government Relations and Public Policy, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Oversight& Control and Risk teams. This ensures that we are fully engaged with lawmakers and regulators around the globe, and that we participate in important dialogues as policies, laws and regulations are formed. The Office of Regulatory Affairs is housed within the Office of the Chief Operating Officer of the firm.
The NY team is seeking to hire an experienced executive assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse set of secretarial and administrative duties in support of a local team of 5, and for providing backup support as needed for other administrative assistants on the team. The successful candidate must have excellent prioritization, organization and communication skills. Candidates should be keen to learn and take an active role within the team.
