The Role:
Chase is seeking a highly organized and motivated VP of Digital Product Execution to help build out the end-to-end digital account opening experience. In this role, the candidate will be instrumental in helping to drive Chase‚Äôs evolving online and mobile experience to enable customers to shop, apply, and set up their products and services easily from the convenience of wherever they are and however they choose. This team will partner with Chase's lines of business in order to ensure a consistent Chase experience.
This role will be responsible for managing multiple medium to large scale, complex projects and initiatives cross-functionally from initiation through post implementation and providing overall direction for project requirements, priorities and deadlines as well as organizing, building and directing the activities of project teams to ensure quality and timeliness of project completion. You will resolve project conflicts with affected management and resolve any other process and project issues to ensure that projects are completed according to time and budget schedules and the objectives conform to Agile and Waterfall standards to meet partner needs. The ideal candidate is a structured, highly-organized individual who can flexibly adapt plans for changing realities, and has superior collaboration & communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Clearly communicate project scope and details to senior executives as well as project team and stakeholders
  • Facilitate project tracking and required reporting
  • Actively manage project risks and issues to properly identify escalate and drive to resolution
  • Deliver weekly progress updates to leadership
  • Lead business resources to deliver projects on time and with quality
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Go-To-Market team as well as Technology to provide required support to achieve project goals


  • 8+ years of project management involving complex business, operations and technology delivery
  • Credit Card experience a plus
  • Experience in delivery of large scale IT focused projects
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, leadership skills, communication skills, SharePoint and writing skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
