We’re looking for a creative and collaborative individual to join our Technology Talent Strategy team.
 
In this role, you’ll be partnering with technology leaders and technologists across the organization to shape and deliver the people-focused initiatives that drive the evolution of our technology organization (Advancing You).
 
Our responsibilities range from strategic to tactical. Our initiatives focus on building, connecting, empowering, and mobilizing communities of technologists – often starting with research and working through design, implementation planning, and delivery. We’re currently responsible for the strategy and support of the Distinguished Engineer Program, the Leadership and Engineering Advancement Program (LEAP), and GT Vision Excellence (reward and recognition) are expanding our team to take on additional programs.
 
Day to day, you may be working on program roadmapping, researching trends, designing, organizing and facilitating community events, designing and maintaining a web site, participating in recruiting events, or scaling a development program by building a model, evaluation plan, and implementation kit.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a technology, learning, or project management role
  • Broad knowledge of technology organizations
  • Experience designing, facilitating, coaching, training, peer-to-peer learning
  • Proven ability to coordinate, influence, and lead across multiple teams
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills across organizational levels
  • Visualization and user-centered design experience a plus
  • Agile Scrum Master background ideal
