Job Description:

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the Treasury Sales Support Associate population as well as provide guidance and tactical support for Change Readiness projects and communications for initiatives directly impacting the Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries Treasury Services Sales organization.  This function requires an experienced communications professional who is articulate, highly organized, resourceful, self-motivated and who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct management of the National Sales Support Associates, a team of 10+ individuals supporting CCBSI TS Treasury Sales.
  • Establish and ensure adherence to standard operational processes and procedures across the team including but not limited to, onboarding net new business, submission of new billing requests as well as maintenance requests.  Overseeing progress of new business implementations, submission of credit requests related to treasury solutions, rate adjustments.  CKC updates for event management, client contact updates and treasury management alignment requests.
  • Establish measurable metrics to drive best in class delivery of support work relating to TS sales process including implementation requests, billing, CKC updates, relationship reviews and other ad-hoc requests   
  • Build and deliver onboarding and standardized training for the Support Associates
  • Represent CCBSI TS Sales on cross functional initiatives related to sales, service, implementation, product, operations, and other partners to prevent, minimize, diagnose and remedy issues stemming from Treasury Services processes and/or products in the following areas: Regulatory Risk, Operating Risk, including data quality issues, evaluation of Sales Support resources, technology gaps, processing errors, fraud and operating losses, Reputational Risk, and Client experience – ensuring clients are having the best experience possible with the treasury solutions product set.
  • Planning and adjusting control environment for the tactical and logistical requirements of growth and expansion of the business
  • Identifying and acting on efficiency opportunities for the business
  • Change and Process Management –Impact assessment, documentation, communication, implementation and post-implementation assessment/testing
  • Act as the CCBSI TS representative CB TS Sales Process and Procedures Committee

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior experience managing teams of similar scope
  • Strong Treasury Services experience including businesses similar to Commercial Bank’s Corporate Client Banking and Commercial Real Estate businesses
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Treasury Services products, strategies and the current regulatory landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels and across a variety of businesses
  • Diverse problem solving experience with an outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), work well in cross-functional teams
  • Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback to and from peers
  • Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools including PitchPro
