The Firm's broad platform positions the Commercial Bank to deliver extensive product capabilities - lending, treasury services, investment banking, and asset management - to meet our clients' domestic and international financial needs.
We are undertaking an aggressive digital transformation agenda, which builds on the success of the current mobile and online service offerings; investing in innovative ways to deepen customer engagement and profitability through the use of digital channels. The goal is to position Commercial Banking as the undisputed leader in digital financial services and payments (similar to what we have done on the consumer banking side), to enable highly personalized delivery and real time experiences that clients increasingly expect. 
We are seeking a highly effective and efficient Product Management Associate (PEA) to support the Digital Product Manager lead in multiple facets. The PEA will be responsible for executing on product development, requirements and alignment with overall roadmap for digital client-facing channel of Project Welcome for a specific set of technology products for Commercial Bank onboarding.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Support Product leads in end-to-end product development/innovation related to Commercial Bank client on-boarding
  • Serve as product liaison and support Digital Product Manager in supporting scrum team meetings and ensure that delivery aligns with overall product vision
  • Develop product features by collaborating with technology, digital, design and subject matter experts across Operations, Know Your Customer and Client Onboarding
  • Agile management of product requirements, write stories and rapid prototyping as needed
  • Partner with product lead to execute against strategy and product/pilot roadmap for Project Welcome
  • Own and proactively identify issues and drive resolutions end-to-end
  • Produce project reporting and tracking documentation to evaluate progress and quality as needed
  • Gather and deliver requirements related to Project Welcome
Required Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong expertise in product development / product management, preferably in Financial services
  • Results-orientation - takes initiative to identify areas to add value and executes quickly and accurately
  • Demonstrated drive to achieve results, and meet deadlines and deliverables
  • Fast learner able to operate in an ambiguous environment
  • Passion for customer experience and continuous improvement mindset
  • Enthusiasm for business and eagerness to work on any task that will add value; Strong work ethic
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence and the Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications: 
Prior experience in Commercial Banking
