The Human Resources Finance group provides financial management, business management and reporting support for three major areas; Corporate HR Planning & Analysis, Benefits, and Equity Incentive Compensation. This role provides a unique opportunity managing both revenue and expense and capital components of the Firm’s benefit programs and acting as the liaison with Firmwide and Corporate Planning and Analysis, the lines of business (LOBs), Chief Investment Office (CIO) and Regulatory Capital Management Office (RCMO).
Comp & Benefits Finance centrally manages the flow of financial activity for the Firm’s benefit programs. This includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and reporting for key products including BOLI/COLI, deferred compensation, pension, medical/dental/life insurance, and 401(k) Match. During the annual budget process, as well as throughout the year, firmwide guidance is developed and provided to the LOBs in partnership with domestic and international benefits executives. HR Finance also prepares monthly and quarterly executive management reports to provide insightful commentary on both the P&L and balance sheet, identifying risks and opportunities, and performing variance and supplemental analyses. In partnership with CIO and RCMO, Comp & Benefits participates in the firm’s stress testing submissions to the Federal Reserve and RWA and Capital reporting requirements.
