Job Description

The CB Client Data Management team within CB Business Management is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of sales and client data as well as related processes. CB Client Data Management is seeking a Client Transfer Advocate who will be responsible for the client experience during complex, cross-LOB client transfers. The Client Transfer Advocate will oversee the client transfer process to ensure that the transfer is completed in a reasonable timeframe with minimal impact to the client and banking team. The Client Transfer Advocate will serve as a subject-matter-expert for TS products and services and work closely with Bankers, TMOs, CSPs, and Transfer Coordinators during the client transfer process.
 
Key Responsibilities Include:  
  • Serve as advocate for client experience during client transfer process
  • Work with Bankers, CSPs, KYC Officers, and TMOs to develop solutions to mitigate potential impacts to the client
  • Coordinate with Specialty Accounts, CB Compliance, CB Transfer Coordinator, CB Product & Control, and other LOBs during the client transfer process
  • Oversee execution of pre-transfer and post-transfer action items and coordinate with coverage team and Transfer Coordinator on execution of client transfer
  • Build strong relationships with Implementations and Product organizations to assist in client transfer advocate efforts
  • Develop TS product/service migration plans for each complex transfer and work with client and functional partners to execute on migration plans to create a positive client experience
  • Escalate and manage obstacles to meet SLAs and achieve a positive client transfer experience
  • Conduct 30 day post-transfer outreach to determine success of transfer and identify key areas for improvement and/or ongoing client needs
  • Identify areas for continued process improvement and assist in the execution of strategic recommendations
  • 7+ years of work experience; knowledge of Commercial Banking is required
  • Prior Banking or relevant client facing experience required
  • Strong relationship management skills and experience working with front office sales teams
  • Experience with Treasury Services products and services, KYC, and credit required
  • Strategic thinker with excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self started who can work independently with minimal direction
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in process re-engineering and improvement
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA or CTP/PMP degree preferred
