JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Corporate Sector Finance group provides financial management and reporting support for Global Real Estate, Enterprise Technology, Compliance, Legal, Corporate Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management, Audit, Executive and other staff areas.

 

The Global Real Estate (GRE) Finance team is comprised of finance professionals across the globe who are accountable for managing both the expense and capital components of the GRE function, ensuring a sound control environment, measuring performance, providing value-added analyses, and presenting information and ideas to senior management within Global Real Estate, to the major lines of business, and to the various firmwide finance teams who roll up the results of the entire corporation. The team covers all aspects of the Firm’s real estate portfolio including, but not limited to, space management, property management, lease administration, design & construction, and sustainability projects. 

 
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Demand Forecasting
    • Manage demand forecasting and location planning processes which drive strategic real estate decisions Firmwide and involves working with line of business and corporate partners 
    • Enforce governance model and lead communication across real estate, business and functional leaders globally
  • Strategic Analytics
    • Drive key reporting and analytics to develop / drive strategic initiatives and provide insights to key stakeholders
    • Analyze gaps in supply and demand with regional managers and finance partners to inform strategic real estate decisions for the portfolio, driving alignment of headcount trajectory with long-term business planning and budgeting for each region
  • Change Management– lead initiative to improve demand forecasting processes in partnership with LOB/function stakeholders and Global Real Estate partners
  • Client Management – Engage with firmwide CFOs / finance teams and partner with Global Real Estate teams to drive strategy and investment decisions
  • Prepare operating committee decks and strategic recommendations
  • Execution of the above responsibilities with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness of meeting deliverables on prescribed timetables / calendars

  • Broad understanding of how JPM operates across multiple lines of business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare executive level presentations
  • Superior analytical ability with experience in collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing large datasets
  • Experience coordinating large-scale projects or processes across multiple teams/constituents
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Team player; ability to influence others and move towards a common vision
  • Experience working in global teams across multiple regions and countries
  • Keen attention to detail and demonstrated ability to quality check work
  • Ability to multitask and handle high stress while maintaining accuracy in tight deadline
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with frequently changing priorities and to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to run meetings across diverse functions, locations and businesses
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
