Testing Team Senior Specialist II

Job Description


The Business Support team consists of many functions that aid in the overall efficiency and effectiveness of change within Retail Fraud Prevention (RFP).  High level, the Senior Specialist II will be perform - LAD system testing based on test scripts, escalate defects and make recommendations to management for all matters pertaining to processes, system changes, and operational efficiency.

More detailed job requirements are …

  • Create full, complete and accurate documentation of test work / assessments and logging that work into the appropriate systems
  • Develop/enhance internal test procedures
  • Process the test scenarios to verify LAD is working as expected before implementation of changes to production
  • Validate production changes once the development team has deployed changes

Specialists must show …

  • The ability to quickly learn LAD processes to effectively test system changes
  • Proficiency in accessing multiple systems, platforms, applications, and data repositories in various data environments
  • A strong sense of urgency by responding immediately to escalated issues and rapidly changing priorities
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with LAD or operational quality assurance
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to be used in operational planning and evaluation
  • Ability to follow complex methods and procedures in diverse routine and non-routine tasks
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
  • Have experience with applications supporting LAD
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highest level of professionalism, self-motivation and sense of urgency
  • Strong priority management and multi-tasking skills required
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment to effectively meet deadlines, and
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
