Technology Project Manager- Scrum Demand Management

Within Consumer and Community Banking, the Digital IT team is responsible for setting and executing strategies that align with business objectives and drive innovation across Chase Online and Mobile, helping to establish the best Digital banking customer experience in the industry.


As a Scrum Demand Manager within the Digital Data Solutions team, you will contribute to the coordination of multiple projects covering a wide variety of businesses and product lines as well as computing platforms and architectures. You will coordinate vendor, consultant and staff relationships to create maximum efficiency and productivity. More specifically, you will develop, plan, and schedule applications programming projects, working closely with key technology and business stakeholders in the development, testing and implementation of applications. You will coordinate team activities with other project managers.


You will contribute to the development of meeting materials, presentations and reporting as well as leading the planning of large format meetings, offsites and team events. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the management of software development utilizing agile methodology
  • Support Digital intake for Digital Data Solutions projects including Project Pipeline process
  • Facilitate the production of key documents including business requirements, status reports, presentations for stakeholder meetings
  • Directly contribute to the facilitation of the PPL process and necessary documentation
  • Facilitate project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members
  • Maintain comprehensive detailed project plans
  • Produce timely and accurate project reporting
  • Coordinate release readiness and deployment activities
  • Act as a strategic partner to the respective Community Lead

 

  • Demonstrated and extensive experience in technology project management
  • Knowledge of agile development methodology and practices
  • Strong technical leadership and technical risk management experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Digital Technologies
  • Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and with JIRA
  • Experience with Clarity and with Big Data technologies is preferred
