From managing the firm’s capital and reporting quarterly earnings to responding to and complying with regulatory requirements, more than 15,000 colleagues around the world work together every day to manage the firm's Global Finance function. Our job is to ensure the company is capable of navigating all types of market environments while maintaining a fortress balance sheet. The Finance function is a dynamic organization that plays a critical role, particularly as increasing regulatory and capital requirements change the way we do business. Planning & Analysis (P&A), in addition to CFO teams, Controllers, Business Managers and Project management, make up the majority of the Global Finance team.

The Robotics & Dashboards Center of Excellence (CoE) leads initiatives across Global Finance & Business Management (GF&BM) focused on process automation and visual data consumption. The CoE also serve as innovation leaders within the data visualization space. The Dashboard CoE serves the GF&BM user community to source opportunities to deploy dashboards, run functional and technical feasibility analyses to translate the ideas into use cases and then partner with our Technology team to deliver tangible solutions. This role will focus on advancing the service offerings the Dashboards CoE provides by enhancing the existing dashboard platform (e.g. Tableau) within GF&BM, planning the strategic roadmap of the application and infrastructure to grow the program, and assisting with the rapid development and distribution of Tableau dashboards from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of new technologies via Dashboards and BI / MIS tools
  • Own client relationships between Dashboards CoE and Global Finance & Business Management users; translating business requirements into technical requirements
  • Create executive level presentations and status updates provided to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritize the demand pipeline for dashboard development; partner with peers on the CoE team to provide planning and implementation support.
  • Develop and prototype dashboards for Global Finance and Business Management users
  • Pilot opportunities for synergy between Robotics and enhanced automation technologies within the CoE

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Finance, Technology, or Engineering
  • Delivery oriented, conscientious and reliable, strong written and verbal communication a must
  • Strong critical thinker and problem solver that thinks outside the box to break project roadblocks
  • Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and presentation/demoing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels, wear multiple hats, and quickly pivot between roles and responsibilities to deliver solutions from end to end
  • Minimum of 1 year of Tableau / Qlikview development experience
  • Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL)
  • Experience with data analytics (R, Python) or big data a plus
