The role of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Manager will be responsible for the execution of pre-clearance, monitoring and remediation efforts for the Global Anti-Corruption Compliance Program.  The role will be based in New York City and will report directly to the Global Anti-Corruption Compliance Anything of Value workstream Lead.
The successful candidate must have legal, compliance and/or regulatory experience, with an understanding of anti-corruption principles. An understanding of the financial industry and related transactions is also preferable.
  • Supporting the pre-clearance, monitoring and remediation efforts related to the Global Anti-Corruption Compliance Program
  • Oversee  the Hiring Practices and Referred Candidates processes, in addition to providing support related to other items of value to US and Non-US Government Officials
  • Providing advisory and support related to line of business inquiries regarding policy and legal/regulatory compliance
  • Interaction with Anti-Corruption Compliance staff, other control function personnel, and the employees and management in all lines of business
  • Partner with various teams to access and utilize existing human resources and applicant tracking systems and processes.


  • 5+ years experience in compliance or a related position (including regulatory, law enforcement, audit, or risk and controls)
  • Anti-Corruption legal or compliance experience preferred
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills, including confidence in interactions with Senior Management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and effectively manage time
  • Proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skill
  • Excellent research and written and oral communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals across businesses and/or functions
  • Work independently and as a team member
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint)
