This team provides key governance oversight of KYC Due Diligence Requirements and performs the research and analysis necessary to address policy evaluation requests made by the teams in the KYC Policy Interpretation/Implementation Function. The team members review artifacts to ensure that they are consistent, accurate, complete and approved prior to posting them to a SharePoint site tool which is access to end users. In support of KYC research, the team gathers live examples based on information needed for policy evaluation. This may include interviews (of SMEs/Stakeholders), investigations (i.e., via system reviews, data requests, process flows, etc.) and subsequent documentation of results.
This position will be responsible for providing oversight of KYC Due Diligence Requirement documents and Bulletins as well as other artifacts that are created, updated and stored on the CIB/WCOB Information Portal (SharePoint site). The position includes working closely with the Policy Evaluation Subject Matter Experts and other Requirement Governance and Evaluation Support Analysts to ensure that the various due diligence documents are prepared according to standards; are approved and updated/maintained as required. Coordination with WCOB Operational Desktop Procedure Coordinators and KYC Business Support ensures organizational awareness of requirement and policy change impacts on the operations and system applications.
Additional responsibility details follow:
· 5+ years experience in business analysis and/or project management through experience with a leading financial institution or related industry
· Project management abilities including the ability to juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously
· Good communication skills including ability to convey complex ideas simply both verbally and written
· Experience in developing effective and influencing relationships
