The objective of the Cybersecurity organization is to ensure that JPMC is able to effectively detect, prevent, and respond timely to cyber threats against our technology infrastructure.  The scope of Cybersecurity comprises detection and monitoring of threats and vulnerabilities, managing security incidents, and evolving our preventative infrastructure to keep ahead of threats.  We accomplish this through strong information security leadership and active collaboration with line of business information risk managers to provide high quality security solutions and services that are focused on improving the Firms risk posture.  
The Cybersecurity Integration Team drives and facilitates transformation of effective change(s) to align the line of business teams with business strategies to strengthen the core Cybersecurity and LOB teams into a standard operating model to accelerate automation, control coverage and effectiveness, and to seek opportunities for improvement.
The Strategy and Transformation Project Manager reports into the Delivery lead in the Firmwide Integration team and is responsible for driving project plans for transformation activities and goals of the JPMC Cybersecurity operating model.
This role requires a strong motivated leader who can work independently who has previous experience working in or has supported application development teams and; who is familiar with application development organizations, tools (e.g.,, JIRA)and; has experience working with all different levels of senior management and; has strong interpersonal, negotiation  and communication  skills both verbal and written and; can multi-task and shift priorities as needed and; is analytical and; is a quick learner who can prioritize his/her time effectively.   
The candidate must also work well in a team environment with collaboration skills to continually seek feedback from the internal Integration Team members as well as core Cyber and LOB teams for continuous improvement for the target operating model.
  • Assist Strategy and Transformation manager for supporting/developing plans/roadmaps for service strategy/target operating model/ proposed improvements
  • Assist in designing and implementing best practices to ensure the alignment and efficiency of all stakeholders involved in Cybersecurity services and related processes
  • Partner with sponsors and workstream leads to proactively identify and eliminate potential or real barriers seeking options and/or solutions on how to overcome
  • Participate in process improvement to ensure improved future performance of the team
  • Engage senior stakeholders on the status, challenges and successes in the program
  • Identify and help implement continuous process enhancements/improvements to the different Cybersecurity services
  • Assist in ongoing training for core Cyber and LOB teams to ensure a consistent understanding of the target state operating model milestones
  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline current processes, focus on driving efficiency and improvements in controls.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in Technology;  Infrastructure experience a plus; Application Development experience preferred
  • In Depth knowledge and understanding of technical execution disciplines (performance management, process improvement, architecture and design, communications)
  • Broad understanding of technology frameworks across mainframe, midrange and distributed
  • General understanding of Financial Services and key drivers of business performance
  • Clear leadership skills and ability to exercise judgment and sound decision-making under pressure
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, able to communicate with senior Technology and Business management
  • Proven ability to influence others across all contributing teams and disciplines
  • Strong team player, ability to build relationships from both a business and technical point of view
  • Committed to process improvement, LEAN and/or Six Sigma training a plus
  • Experience managing resources that are geographically distributed and culturally diverse
  • Ability to resolve conflict & facilitate decision-making
  • Flexible, process-oriented, organized, with excellent analytical & troubleshooting skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
