Risk Reporting, Projects & Middle Office (“RRPMO”), a group within Corporate Risk Management, is responsible for internal and external risk reporting across the firm and for providing execution management support for key risk efforts.  The group addresses the complex market, credit, country, model, liquidity, principal, and legal entity risk reporting needs of the firm and its regulators by partnering with all lines of business, technology, risk governance, oversight groups and other areas of the firm.
 
As a Senior Associate within RRPMO Business Management, you will:
  • Track and report on department actual headcount and expenses versus budget/forecast
  • Manage relevant metrics reporting and governance
  • Manage certain of the recertification processes required across RRPMO (e.g., SharePoint sites)
  • Participate in preparation of management reporting and presentations
  • Maintain relevant processes and policies related to cross-team controls
  • Provide support in completion of special projects deliverables
Potential new duties required of Business Management team
  • Experience with planning & analysis, such as budget/forecast and headcount reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills including experience with data analysis and creation of meaningful metrics from data
  • Exceptionally strong MS Excel skills including data aggregation & analysis
  • Ability to work and solve problems independently and work in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Skilled with using Microsoft products including PowerPoint and Word
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize information for senior management
  • Ability to identify improvement current processes and achieve efficiencies
  • Highly self-motivated
  • BA/BS degree required
