Technology Hub Site Project Manager
 
In support of the Jersey City Technology Hub Leader, this individual will assist in supporting various efforts aimed at growing and shaping one of JPM’s strategic technology hubs.  This includes supporting an extensive portfolio consisting of cross line of business efforts to foster a strong sense of community and to attract and develop technology talent. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
Technology Hub Leader Support:
  • Assist with multi-year real estate and employee growth plan consistent with Jersey City objectives
  • Support an event portfolio to facilitate the continued evolution of the technology hub
    Support location activities designed to enrich the technology community
People Practices:
  • Support cross line of business efforts including recruitment, training and diversity
  • Support and design event content and logistics to promote career development and networking
  • Maintain effective channels and practices to facilitate a collaborative technology environment
Project Oriented:
  • Ability to document processes and implement solutions to drive increased quality and efficiency
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple projects
Metrics & Reporting
  • Provide thoughtful analysis of key data to identify areas of focus and recommend impactful solutions
  • Develop and maintain simplified and strategic reporting of metrics to track progress, e.g., headcount, open requisitions, talent reassignment, mobility, expenses, real estate supply and demand
    • 3-5 years of project experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organization, time management and project skills
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Project
    • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work on a team across lines of business
    • Possess a high degree of drive with a proven track record of achieving results
    • Demonstrate exceptional professionalism and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities
    • High attention to detail and initiative
    • Ability to see the big picture while supporting multiple projects from development to completion
