Overview: Investments Business Management supports senior management in managing and executing initiatives. This group also partners with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to define and implement solutions to comply with new regulations and business requirements across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
 
Job Description: The individual in this role will become an integral member of Investments Business Management team which supports Client Advice and Strategy. S/he will support global investment teams, helping to develop and prioritize initiatives across client channels globally. Responsibilities will include executing global investments initiatives, covering diverse investments subject matter, sales management, and ensuring compliance with our risk and control agenda. Partnership with colleagues across both Investments and Solutions, as well as control functions, will be critical to success in this role. Responsibilities will inevitably extend from areas mentioned into others.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop messaging and implementation of investment and banking solutions for clients across Wealth Management, and deliver advice across the client wealth spectrum globally
  • Problem solve and examine business initiatives with an eye towards client, firm, advisor, and business impact
  • Work with senior management including Investment Team Leaders, Practice, Leaders, Asset Class Leaders and Operating Committee Members
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze, synthesize and interpret large amounts of data and information, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for senior management
  • Understand, define, and prioritize business needs in the context of short and long term objectives
  • Navigate and facilitate information flow/messaging between teams
  • Establish and lead working groups, requiring effective partnership with groups across Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Risk, Supervisory Management, Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Wealth Management or Asset Management industry
  • Experience in the Front office a plus
  • Broad understanding of JPMorgan Asset Management
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe PDF
  • Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills 
  • Excellent communication skills and poise giving presentations, especially to senior management
  • Demonstrated aptitude for sales and client relationship management
  • The ability to be a dynamic member of a team
  • Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing projects with limited supervision
  • Good judgment and discretion working with highly confidential information
