Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Business Product Owners (BPOs) with the 18 IT Risk Controls
Support SMEs and BPOs to determine impact on relevant policies and procedures and in understanding their role with Privacy and Data Management
Assist Digital Services Privacy Officer with the evangelizing of Privacy through various communication methods.
Assist in the establishment and implementation of effective Privacy, Data Management, Information Owner practices within Digital Services

Procedure review - facilitation and tracking
RCC validation – work with IO when SEAL report indicates no RCC value, impact of GIM email with changes to RCC value
18 IT Risk Controls – proactive in notification of various certifications, ACA and ARC coming due
Digital Retention Purge
Legal/Regulatory Forum – Change Management
Interface with stakeholders throughout CCB including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Controls to gain an understanding of legal obligations and impacts
Facilitate end-to-end mapping process by identifying relevant laws and regulations and overseeing their policy and procedure remediation to ensure complete and robust response to dynamic regulatory environment – similar to Triage meeting
