Digital Privacy Analyst

Job Description

 

 

Privacy Related

Interface with stakeholders throughout CCB including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Controls  for Privacy Procedures, Action Plans, RCSA and other Privacy tasks for sustainability

Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Business Product Owners (BPOs) with the 18 IT Risk Controls

Support SMEs and BPOs  to determine impact on relevant policies and procedures and in understanding their role with Privacy and Data Management

Assist Digital Services Privacy Officer with the evangelizing of Privacy through various communication methods.

Assist in the establishment and implementation of effective Privacy, Data Management, Information Owner practices within Digital Services

Examples of projects/work

  Procedure review - facilitation and tracking

  RCC validation – work with IO when SEAL report indicates no RCC value, impact of GIM email with changes to RCC value

  18 IT Risk Controls – proactive in notification of various certifications, ACA and ARC coming due

  Digital Retention Purge

Legal/Regulatory Forum – Change Management

Interface with stakeholders throughout CCB including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Controls  to gain an understanding of legal obligations and impacts

Facilitate end-to-end mapping process by identifying relevant laws and regulations and overseeing their policy and procedure remediation to ensure complete and robust response to dynamic regulatory environment – similar to Triage meeting

Examples of projects/work

  Facilitate and document Digital Legal/Regulatory Forums

Provide Digital status to CCB

Using CCB documentation create tracking mechanism

Keep Digital current in Legal/Regulatory tools and processes

 

 

Bachelors degree

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Presentation skills for all levels of management

Strong problem solving and project management skills

Ability to work within numerous and diverse teams – relationship building/team work

Ability to work under pressure with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Self-starter, highly motivated mentality

Interest in Risk and Controls

Financial Services industry experience a plus
