Project Execution - Technology, Client On-boarding

Job Description

The Project Execution Associate will be responsible for the onboarding of complex client relationships which can include  I-MOS or integrations that have numerous complex reporting deliverables. Specifically,  the end to end representation and ownership of technology for new complex client onboarding. This covers project delivery, connectivity, interfacing and consulting to ascertain and deliver the client requirements whilst maintaining complicity with the Investor Services Strategic technology agenda.  Responsibilities include consolidating all in-flight technology activity and deliverables into a cohesive standard management update for senior tech and AD leads to track.  The Project Execution Associate will also track the new business pipeline and develop a daily working relationship with the implementations team to be engaged on bau onboarding activity. Scoping the deal to assess complexity, manage timeline expectations, coordinate and manage deliverables and testing as well as ensure a strategic tech footprint is agreed and delivered in a timely manner. S/He will provide oversight and tracking both within CTM as well as for management reporting.
Technology competent Associate with good knowledge of Custody and Fund Services business.
  • Strong Project Management, Client Management and Presentation skills (oral and written) required
  • Able to engage and drive through change with a "virtual team" of partners in operations and technology
  • Ability to deliver results in a pressurized environment, with the ability to prioritize varied client demands
  • Displaying a broad interest in applicable technologies. Familiarity with connectivity protocols
  • Demonstrate self motivation and adaptability to understand and manage client expectations within a changing environment
  • Demonstrate proactivity in getting issues and problems resolved
  • Must be able to manage competing priorities, manage people.
  • Good leadership and relationship skills essential to face off to clients, Internal business, sales, implementation team, operations and service partners.
  • Must be comfortable delivering difficult messages both internally and externally.
