Sr Operations Analyst

As an Operational Analyst with the Digital Services Operations team, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the needs of the Online Fraud Operations teams, Privacy, Compliance and LOB Risk partners.




  • Manage the relationships with LOB partners and ensure effective communication of all events
  • Serve as the SME on end to end operational process work flows
  • Represent partners to ensure coverage on all Digital projects and enhancements with focus on understanding and supporting impacts
  • Identify potential impacts/risk and ensure proper escalation and communication on impacting events
  • Provide gap closure to newly identified control gaps that require execution and maintenance from Digital Services Operations staff members
  • Identify and drive the implementation of process improvements to benefit LOB and Digital Services operational teams
  • The candidate is expected to own and drive tasks/assignments to completion
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Excels in communication both verbal and written
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office products (specifically Excel and Visio)
  • Ability to manage timelines and tasks independently
  • The candidate should have the ability to interpret ‘Technical’ flows and translate into overall customer impacts for our partners
