You will be responsible for hiring top notch technologists for JPMorgan Chase. The Contract Technology Recruiter will work to ensure that the aligned business group is positioned to attract, source and recruit the best talent, both internally and externally. This individual will play a consultative role with hiring managers and be responsible for assisting in developing sophisticated sourcing and recruitment strategies for the line of business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively partner with clients to support the recruiting strategy while proactively sharing innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs and streamline the process
  • Partner with the appropriate stake holders for candidate development and offers
  • Source, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine recruiting strategy as applicable
  • Demonstrate expert level understanding of the global technology recruiting needs by participating in meetings
  • Provide candidates with frequent and timely communication throughout the process
  • Educate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy and advantages of working for JPMC
  • Conduct appropriate compensation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers
  • Understand diversity goals, provide education to hiring manager and ensure diverse candidate slates
  • Minimally 4 years experience with full project life cycle technology recruiting
  • Superior multitasking and presentation skills
  • Prior success at delivering talent pipelines for technology groups
  • Interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
  • Innovative, creative and results oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize
  • Skilled at name generation, networking and relationship building skills
  • Experience with compensation negotiations
  • Demonstrates control and governance within the recruitment process
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of candidates and managers
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Good verbal and written communication with attention to detail
  • Excellent MS Office skills – Word, Excel, data entry
  • Corporate and agency experience is ideal
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Taleo
