Business Process Mgmt Assoc
 
The primary role of this individual contributor will be the creation and ongoing maintenance of procedures and supporting documents for Commercial Term Lending (CTL). The Business Process Mgmt Assoc will work closely with CTL Executives, Business Leaders and Subject Matter Experts as well as partners in Commercial Banking to include Compliance, Control Office, Risk & Legal.
 
The Business Process Mgmt Assoc is also responsible for creating and publishing CTL business communications, business procedures and process maps for the Owner Occupied Real Estate Group.  The role requires a hands-on management style and the flexibility needed to work both large and small project activities to ensure project success.  Duties and responsibilities may include:
  • Work with Business Process Owners and SMEs taking a proactive approach to facilitating the review and approval of edited procedures and supporting documents
  • Partner with the Commercial Banking DNA Procedures team on new library projects and BAU process
  • Ability to manage project charters, detailed project plans, and provide executive management status updates
  • Own the business communications process to include drafting, revising, and publishing on schedule
  • Ability to understand sustainable business solutions in relatively complex environments through the development of strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Communicate with senior management regarding project progress, facilitating discussions and resolving conflict through broad decision making
  • Define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, and deliverables; manage the overall project plan
  • Ability to analyze process, make recommendations for change, document and implement change
  • Utilize a rigorous process of defining client requirements and project specifications
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and staff project resources
  • Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary
  • Lead the post-implementation review evaluating project results, including client satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to write procedures, and business communications effectively to a diverse audience required
  • Critical thinker who can consolidate information and communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management or related business experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate required with knowledge of CTL front end processes and systems
  • Innovative and creative in approach to solving business issues 
  • Ability to work independently and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced demanding environment
  • Strong proficiency with MSWord,  Project, PowerPoint  and Excel
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodology and the project management lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Share Point
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
