Cyber Security Team Description:      
The Cybersecurity organization’s objective is to ensure that JPMC is able to effectively detect, prevent, and respond to cyber threats against our technology infrastructure.  The scope of Cybersecurity comprises detection and monitoring of threats and vulnerabilities, managing security incidents, and evolving our preventive infrastructure to keep ahead of the threat.  We accomplish this through strong information security leadership and active collaboration with line of business information risk managers to provide high quality security solutions and services that are focused on improving the Firm's risk posture

Job Summary Description:
The Cybersecurity Technology organization is seeking a Product Portfolio Management Lead with exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, financial & workforce management skills.
The Cybersecurity Technology Product Portfolio Management Lead will be responsible for managing the organization’s governance structure (inc. project portfolio), communications plan, finances, & workforce.
The selected candidate must be a self-starter who can improve processes and make key contributions to the successful achievement of Cybersecurity Technology management's goals. This individual will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with a variety of individuals including the Cyber Security management team, PMO, BMO, & all other clients--internal & external.
  • Support Cybersecurity Technology management team with developing & executing technology strategies & roadmaps
  • Govern the execution of technology strategy & roadmaps
  • Manage organizational budget--actuals vs. forecast & yearly outlook
  • Create executive-level  reporting to support business reviews and continuously improve content and metrics based on their requirements
  • Manage workforce plan--hiring, onboarding, concentration risk, succession planning, & staff development
  • Recommend & drive improvements to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency
Leadership /soft skills that are needed:
  • Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications   
  • Proven ability to work closely with the business and translate business needs into functional specifications for technology.
  • Excellent problem solving skills  
  • Advanced skill level in SDLC processes using both waterfall & agile methodologies.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efforts in a demanding high paced environment.
  • Degree in Business (or significant experience)
  • Must have IT Risk Management, Product Management, Business Management, Project & Program management, & Technology management experience
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a track record of execution against deliverables
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with ability to create ad hoc financial management spreadsheets & relative reports
  • Strong PowerPoint skills & ability to create an executive-level presentation/storyline
  • Creative self starter with strong initiative, strong problem solving skills and the ability to take ownership and work independently as well as contribute to the broader team
  • Proven client/relationship management experience; strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Structured mindset with process/continuous improvement orientation
  • Strong organizational / project management skills
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience with 7+ years in business, project, and technology management
