The Position:
Chase is seeking  highly effective and innovative leaders to fill Go-To-Market roles to support each Line of Business (LOB). GTM Liasons  will work Closely with the GTM LOB Lead to  -. In this role, the candidate will  be instrumental in driving Chase‚Äôs evolving online and mobile experience to enable customers to shop, apply, and set up their products and services easily from wherever they are and however they choose. This Individual will partner with the LOB to define strategy and priority to creating a first in class digital acquisition process.   They will  also  partner and collaborate with a variety of partner within Digital,  the LOB  and cross functional support groups  to develop a unified, comprehensive, and compliant customer experience.
The ideal candidate understands the broader digital financial services landscape and is able to identify and tangibly bring to the life the evolution of the digital account opening experience. This role will specifically require a deep sense of teamwork and walls-down approach in order to succeed.
  • Engage closely with cross-functional DAO Product Leads and line of business partners to define a business aligned roadmap  that meets business and consumer needs, while meeting critical deadlines and budget constraints
  • Understand, manage, and communicate prioritization of features, with a mind toward user and business benefits and tradeoffs.  Identify market opportunities and define product strategy to reflect those
  • Manage cross-impacted initiatives and stakeholder communications to ensure business needs  and expectations are met. 
  • Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives
  • Track and analyze metrics compared to industry benchmarks, publish reports on product performance, trends and risks/opportunities for both short and long term
Skill Requirements: 
  • A seasoned professional with 5-10 years of product management or relevant experience as well as record of individual technical achievement Familiarity of Chase Products and services as well as a passion for emerging digital technologies
  • Outcome-focused with  a management style that fosters teamwork
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to inspire confidence from technology leaders and internal stakeholders. 
  • Experience with bringing together cross functional teams and leading execution in an agile delivery model
  • Ability to influence & collaborate with stakeholders with diverse points of view and build coalition
  • Expertise in defining and building out product roadmap and business models
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
  • Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation
  • Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends
  • Highly self-motivated and ability to remain calm under intense pressure
  • Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Management or comparable field of study
