Global Wealth Management Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank in JP Morgan’s Asset Management line of business. The Private Bank is the world’s premier service provider for ultra and high net worth individuals.  Our goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations.  Global Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Define and manage programs to implement regulatory or process improvement changes for the Global Wealth Management Mortgage Operations Center
  • Ensure the deliverables are delivered in a timely manner of high quality
  • Collaborate with business, legal, compliance, and technology to plan, manage, and track the projects, any evolving risks, issues
  • Identify risks and issues and escalate appropriately
  • Define and track metrics related to the program
  • Report progress on a regular basis to stakeholders and partners
  • Document and track indicators of performance and quality metrics related to the program
  • Host project and program related meetings
  • Document and update materials and agenda for various working groups
  • Create and manage progress reports or metric reporting on Regulatory & Process Improvement  related projects or programs
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a major financial services organization, with data or project management experience
  • 3 years in a Project Manager role
  • In depth knowledge of Mortgage Industry Regulations (e.g., Reg B, HMDA, Fair Lending, ECOA and Reg Z)
  • Knowledge of best practices for project management or program management
  • Understanding of the financial services industry and businesses (e.g., wealth management, retail, wholesale well as operations and technology functions)
  • Awareness of data related industry regulatory requirements
  • Awareness of data management practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data quality
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, or Information Management
