Job Description 

The CCB Technology Finance team in Bengaluru  supports the CCB Technology Organization by offering Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis services to various internal customers including Finance and Business Management leads and tech management teams. This position of  “Analyst” will be part of the CCB Technology Finance team and would be working on generating Financial reports in a timely manner, support adhoc requests as and when sought by the business, work on initiatives in the Finance space as and when such initiatives are launched, support forecasting and Budgeting processes involving extensive interaction with various groups and expense management

 Role and Responsibilities

  • Produce financial reports to various stakeholders on expense, headcount, monthly business results in a timely manner
  • Ensure that reports are  insightful and contain commentary on key moments and watch items
  • Support ad hoc requests from the Business and Senior Management in line with management expectations.
  • Partner with business P&A/ LEC teams (onshore/ local) to understand and deliver on various requests
  • Participate in key initiatives driven within the Technology Finance team
  • Participate in Business reviews
  • Provide support for monthend accruals, close processes, reporting etc
  • Provide Support on Budgeting and forecasting activities to the tower supported within the Technology organization.




  • MBA (Finance)/ Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience with specialized experience in Financial Planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of data and its impact in both operational and financial areas 
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills to clearly present analytical findings and make business recommendations via the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Evidence of leadership, initiative, flexibility, productivity, organizational skills and teamwork

  • Working knowledge of Hyperion Essbase will be a strong preference

  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment

  • Demonstrated ability to function in a highly team oriented atmosphere

  • Ability to build relationships that will allow for the following:

1.       Effective communication with other Finance teams and business units

2.       Providing information and data to other Finance teams and business areas

3.       Obtaining information and data from other Finance teams and business areas
