The JPMorgan Chase Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) team is responsible for developing, deploying, overseeing and ongoing reporting of a program that ensures the effective use of third parties to accomplish JPMorgan Chase's strategic goals. This includes building awareness of the program at the firm and ensuring consistency globally across both the LOB's and corporate groups. It also includes understanding and dissemination of regulatory requirements and reporting to regulators on the program and status. The major focus of the program is to ensure our vendors are performing to the same high standards that JPMorgan Chase holds itself accountable to including client service, quality, control, regulatory compliance, business resiliency and protection of information.


The CTPO Analyst will assist with several aspect of the program, focusing on the TPO Tool, interfacing with TPMO's for the LOB's and Corp Functions and assisting in overall project management.



  • Research/handle resolve issues
  • Use detailed LOB & Corp Assessments to update the TPO Tool.
  • Assist the TPMO's and LOB/Corp on questions, follow-ups as it relates to their assessments.
  • Create/analyze weekly reports
  • Handle various projects
  • Liaise with the CTPO Tech team on technical issues from the LOB/Corp's
  • Critical Skills
  • Analytical, relationship building, and influencing skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral written and communication skills.
  • Experience
  • Experience in vendor management or a risk background preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong communications skills
  • Proven record of driving process improvements
