The Global Business Travel Tax group is a new function currently in the process of implementing a formalized Global Business Travel Tax Program. This program will allow JPMC to withhold and report taxes for all employees that conduct business travel on behalf of the firm in the US and internationally and will support employees in filing associated tax returns.
This role will report to the Global Business Travel Tax Program Lead and will help drive global implementation, support the selected outsourced vendor, coordinate across all program workstreams, serve as the PMO for the program’s Policy and Process work stream, drive the set up of ongoing processes for BAU, and manage other required program functions.
The Global Business Travel Tax Program Implementation and Project Manager will manage and coordinate implementation and BAU activities between the regions, multiple workstreams, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in program launch activities
Manage change control process across the program ensuring all changes to requirements are properly vetted with program leads and approved by the Steering Committee
Assist with service delivery model changes, globally and regionally, as necessary
Manage program budgetary requirements
Assist with program resourcing needs
Tax or payroll background a plus PMP Certification is a plus
