Wealth Management (WM) Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank in JP Morgan’s Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) line of business. The Private Bank is the world’s premier service provider for ultra and high net worth individuals. Our goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations. Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups.
The role will sit in the Operations Control & Governance MIS team and will have the following key responsibilities but:
· Managing the reports production process with oversight across our team in India
· Executing on the strategic MIS agenda which includes projects around developing a centralized repository for MIS data, building dashboards to perform on-line analytics and the required project management responsibilities to deliver these work streams
· Identifying efficiency opportunities within the OC&G team, across reporting processes and other risk & control functions
· Collaborate with our risk & control partners across WM and AWM Operations to drive consistency across reporting formats, platforms and protocols
· Partner with Technology to facilitate innovation across WM Operations processes, as we continue to add value to the service we provide our clients
In summary, this role will manage the reports production process (including maintenance & development) and be a primary contributor to executing the group’s strategic MIS agenda.
Responsibilities (includes below but not limited to)
§ Manage the Operations engagement across various projects aimed at centralizing MIS data storage into a single repository
§ Contribute to the overall development and deployment of the strategic MIS agenda, in collaboration with tech and business partners
o Develop dashboards in collaboration with Technology and business partners
o Liaise with Technology and Ops PMO Leads to ensure appropriate progress tracking across the strategic MIS projects
§ Interface with other MIS leads across AWM Operations to standardize and simplify reporting processes
§ Deliver adhoc MIS analysis for the Senior Leadership team
§ Drive efficiency initiatives around reporting processes for WM OC&G
§ Serve as the technical expert for the team
§ Manage the development pipeline for Senior Leadership Reports across all sub-lines of businesses
§ Implement periodic reporting deep-dives to ensure completeness, accuracy and relevance (new centralized reporting)Partner with other Control offices across the Operations Control & Governance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
§ Highly proficient in data management tools; Intermediate to advanced database development and management skills
§ Dashboard development expertise is a significant plus
§ Advanced computer skills: MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint)
§ Excellent time and project management skills
§ Effective in a team setting but is also a self-starter and is able to operate with minimal oversight
§ Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
§ Detail oriented and committed to consistent quality

§ Ops 99 or equivalent (if none, will need to address this requirement within 120 days of starting the role)
§ MIS reporting and analytics management, including both production and development
§ Proven track record of implementing innovation or pioneering new technology
§ Medium-large scale project ownership

§ Awareness of Risk Management principles
§ Direct interface with Senior Management / Senior Leadership
§ Coordination across organizations and across levels
A.S. / B.S. Degree or equivalent work experience; Masters Degree is preferredComputer Science, Business or Finance with an MIS reporting and analytics background is preferred
