About the Opportunity

As a UX Designer, you will influence and drive the direction, vision, and methodology for our international digital products. This is a hands-on designer role. You will be self-organizing and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team that includes researchers, product managers, engineers, and business partners who share your passion for delivering unique and innovative financial digital products and services of all kinds, including trading and advice platforms. About You

You’re a UX Designer who designs thoughtful, elegant, and intuitive experiences. You have a gift for simplifying the complex. You prototype low-fidelity ways of solving problems and design experiences that can scale. You leverage design thinking methodology and can easily articulate the strategy behind your design decisions to your team. You thrive when working in a collaborative environment and are not threatened by critique and feedback. You seek out analytics and user testing data to help guide future design decisions, and you iterate with a focus on continuous improvement.
